We understand that errors can occur, and we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Returns will only be accepted if the product is proven to be fake or if it has significant flaws that render it unusable. Flaws include but are not limited to:

- Holes

- Broken straps

- Open stitches

- Broken zippers that cannot be fixed

2. Provide clear photographs or other evidence clearly displaying the fake or flaws in the product.

3. Our customer support team will review your request and determine whether it qualifies for a return.

Returns for fake or flawed products must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your order. Any return requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

- If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.

- The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging and accessories.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange, as applicable, in a timely manner.

- Shipping costs for returning the item may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.
